In order to serve our clients most efficiently our team members help at every step of property sale or purchase. With team support we ensure continuity, accuracy and exemplary service. Because of Bobbi's long-term career in real estate, her five-day-a-week real estate television program, her weekly newspaper column, and having taught both existing and new residential real estate agents at Anthony Schools---ensure that every detail is understood and managed to the benefit of our buyer and seller clients. The team members Buddy Saupe (DRE #01400479) and Bobbi work directly with the clients reviewing their needs and wants, for either clients looking to purchase a new home or clients looking to sell their existing property. The team works with computer systems, target marketing programs, plus personal and industry relationships to find the best likely matches, then previews properties to help buyers find the perfect home and not waste time visiting units that do not fit their criteria. The same process is used for selling clients to validate the up-to-the-minute accurate pricing and underpin the sales strategy for their property. Bobbi and Buddy have been trained and earned the official designation as Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) which provides critical insights on how to help our graying population, from Baby Boomers to the elderly to successfully integrate their property needs and wants with their life management concerns. To further support our graying community we have developed the new Living Longer Forum TV, web and seminar series which is dedicated to educating people on a variety of aging issues. Knowledge is power and we believe a well informed consumer of any age makes better choices. G.W. “Buddy” Saupe’ has been involved with Real Estate for over a dozen years, initially learning extensive details regarding the industry as coproducer of the "Real Estate with Bobbi Decker" television program. Mr. Saupe has also been the marketing and business development member of the Bobbi Decker team for much of that time. He continues to serve in those capacities and has been active in the day-to-day efforts of helping clients and prospective clients achieve their residential property goals. His history as a high tech executive and consultant provides value in a number of ways. It helps the team’s clients by providing optimal web marketing tools when they list properties. It ensures unique techniques will be utilized in marketing properties with a more direct approach to local business entities.
